What are the shipping charges ?
We have Free Shipping Service Pan-India on orders above Rs. 7000. We charge a nominal amount of Rs.200 on shipping below minimum limit .We also entertain international shipping but the shipping charges will be calculated on the basis of International Postal Code. Our logistics is handled only by Shiprocket and Maruti Courier, in order to provide best quality service and products to our customer. We ensure that all the parcels received by our customers should be in mint condition. 

What are the payment options accepted on this website ?

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product ?
We will replace the correct order as soon as possible. In case we are short with our inventory, we will refund 100% amount to the customer within 7 working days. Feel free to contact our dedicated team at info@bearcare.in

How can I return/exchange the product if I don't like it ?
At Bearcare all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges at the moment. In case there is some wrong product sent from our side, feel free to contact us at info@bearcare.in. Our dedicated team will resolve the issue within 72 hours.

When will my order get shipped ?
At Bearcare, we usually ship the orders within 24 hours. All the packages are processed and securely packed by our trained staff, after receiving the order.

How long does the delivery take ?
We Endeavor to deliver the Products to customers within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch. However, the exact delivery duration depends on the location of the customer. The customer can check the status of delivery with the Tracking Number sent to registered email address after the order is dispatched. We use only shiprocket&Delhivery as our logistics partner to offer best service possible.
